The objective of the TRI/SFI instructor course is to train the pilot to obtain the A320 TRI or SFI (A) instructor certificate in order to teach future commercial pilots who will fly the A320.
This training program provides the instructor pilot with the knowledge and/or resources necessary to apply them in the theoretical instruction, in order to instruct in the A320 type rating.
The salary that a TRI/SFI instructor can earn varies a lot depending on whether he/she gives instruction in an ATO or directly as an instructor in your own airline, the average salary per hour of instruction is usually between 40€ to 100€ per hour of simulator.

Each profile will be analyzed to determine the number of simulator sessions required based on the chosen TRI or SFI course and the number of applicants to the program 1 or 2 pilots.
Special attention will be paid to the briefings, and de-briefings where the flight profile and the objectives of this session are carefully prepared. All the necessary considerations will be taken by the instructor in accordance to learning objectives and competencies.
