MULTI CREW COOPERATION

The aim of the Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) course is mainly focused on cockpit coordination, decision-making and distribution of different functions, managing the workload between the pilots of an airplane in a multi-pilot operation in total safety.

Throughout the training of our MCC program, emphasis is placed on the cooperation of the crew in possible normal procedures, abnormal procedures, and of course emergency procedures.

This qualification is required by all airlines in order to access their selection processes and a necessary previous step to obtain a type rating.

Our MCC is carried out in an A320 Level D simulator, where within our academic program the pilot student will learn to coordinate in the cockpit both as commander and as co-pilot, being able at the same time to become familiar with inertia and procedures of a jet aircraft such as the Airbus A320.

Cuatro Vientos Airport is in the Southwest area of the region. We offer an ideal training ground with many of the characteristics of the scenarios to operate an aircraft. Our modern facilities and classrooms provide a professional and friendly learning environment.

THEORETICAL PHASE

SIMULATOR PHASE

Each session consists of 4 hours of the FFS A320 simulator, for a total of 20 hours, where 10 will be acted as PF and 10 as PM.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Special attention will be paid to the briefings, and de-briefings where the flight profile and the objectives of this session are carefully prepared. All the necessary considerations will be taken by the instructor in accordance to learning objectives and competencies.
