With this license, recognized by EASA I European Aviation Safety Agency, you will be able to act as a Private Pilot of Aircraft and being able to fly whenever you want in non-commercial operations, that is, with no remuneration.
This programme will open the door to other qualifications such as Visual Flight by Night (VFR-N), Instrument Flight (IFR), or Flight Instructor (FI).
This aviation PPL course will be a first phase from which to continue on to the CPL Airplane Course or the ATPL Theoretical Course and, thus, be able to apply for a position as a professional pilot.
THEORETICAL TRAINING
The theoretical training of this PPL course consists of 9 subjects with a teaching load of 113 hours during which the student will acquire the theoretical knowledge necessary to be able to fly light aircrafts safely under VFR conditions, for recreational purposes, throughout the European Union.
Once the theoretical hours have been completed, the students will have to pass the official exams required by the authority in order to complete the practical flying phase.
PRACTICAL TRAINING
The practical part for the Private Pilot Licence PPL(A) consists of 45 hours of real flight training.
This practical phase of our training programme is carried out under the highest standards of safety and quality, always complying with our academic excellence maxims.
PRACTICAL TESTS
Student-pilots will have to demonstrate, through the completion of the skill test, their ability to act as PIC in the appropriate aircraft category in order to obtain the PPL(A) licence with which they may fly, without remuneration, in non-commercial operations.
The approximate duration of the PPL – Private Pilot Course is about 5 months. This time may vary depending on the availability of the students and the weather conditions during the course.
However, if the applicant holds a flight licence (airplane, microlight, glider, etc.) the course duration may be reduced.
