World Aviation reinforces its commitment to excellence in pilot training with new contract for Portuguese Air Force

Malaga, Spain – 02/13/2024

World Aviation, previously recognized by the Portuguese Air Force for its exceptional quality in pilot training and proven ability to deliver training programs on time, even during the COVID crisis, is pleased to announce its continuation in the training of FAP helicopter pilots.

This new contract, which will commence shortly and run until 2029, not only underscores the FAP’s confidence and satisfaction with our previous services, but also reflects our unwavering commitment to educational excellence and innovation in aeronautical training.

The courses will be held at Air Base No. 11 in Beja, Portugal, to train 31 new rotary-wing aircraft pilots, using both single- and twin-engine helicopters supplied by World Aviation.

This collaboration accentuates our dedication to contribute significantly to the future of aviation and to ensure that the FAP is equipped with highly qualified pilots ready for the challenges of tomorrow.
