A CRI is the abbreviation for Class Rating Instructor. The CRI (A) MEP course is a training program that trains instructor pilots (IR) / PPL(A) EASA or CPL(A) EASA pilots who meet the requirements to teach and transmit their specific knowledge and skills in terms of teaching theoretical knowledge, flight and simulator instruction in multi-engine piston aircraft (MEP).
MULTI-ENGINE AIRCRAFT
The CRI training course is divided into 3 parts:
THEORETICAL TRAINING
NOTE: Applicants who hold or have held an Instructor Certificate (IR) are not required to take the Teaching & Learning theory course.
Authorized instructor certificates: FI(A), IRI(A), TRI(A), SFI(A), STI(A), MCC(A), FI(H), TRI(H), IRI(H), SFI(H).
PRACTICAL TRAINING
Theoretical training: The estimated duration of the theoretical course is 2 weeks.
Practical training: The estimated duration of the practical training is 1 to 2 weeks.
TOTAL: 3 – 4 weeks.

The classroom classes to study the CRI(A) MEP – Class Rating Instructor Course are given in our center in Madrid. We also offer the possibility to take the theoretical part of the CRI course online.
