World Aviation welcomes a new academic course
World Aviation celebrated the inauguration of its new academic course with a hybrid event, marking the beginning of a new stage for 40 new students.
Madrid, January 9, 2025 — World Aviation proudly announces that 17 students from the PPL-A, ATPL-A, and ATPL Frozen training programs have successfully completed the first phase of their pilot training. On November 29, they concluded a demanding theoretical phase consisting of 113 hours, accompanied by rigorous internal and official SENASA exams, achieving an outstanding average score of 92.80%.
This initial preparation phase, designed to ensure a solid foundational knowledge, marks only the beginning of their journey towards a professional aviation career. Now, the students have commenced their flight training, applying their theoretical knowledge in single-engine piston aircraft models Diamond DA40 and Tecnam P2008JC. These aircraft will be their companions during the 45 flight hours required to obtain the Private Pilot License (PPL).
Upon obtaining this license, students will prepare for the next steps in their training, which include the theoretical Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) course, Time Building, and Night Visual Flight Rules (VFR-N) training. These are crucial milestones towards achieving their ultimate goal: obtaining a Commercial Pilot License.
“The academic excellence demonstrated by our students, with an average score of 92.80% on evaluations, highlights our commitment to high-quality training. We are proud to see them begin their practical flight experience, moving closer to their dream of professional flying,” stated Fernando Casado, Chief Instructor at World Aviation Flight Academy.
This achievement reflects the effort, dedication, and commitment of both the students and World Aviation in their mission to establish an educational standard of excellence in aviation training. With an impeccable track record spanning over 10 years and bases in Madrid and Málaga, World Aviation Flight Academy has emerged as one of Spain’s leading aviation schools, attracting students from across Europe and beyond, with the goal of shaping the future of aviation.
The company closely collaborates with major airlines and industry companies, establishing a network of contacts that provides its students with access to high-level professional opportunities. Additionally, the academy continues to invest in cutting-edge technology, ensuring it remains at the forefront of aviation training.
